Managing Director, Operations and Administration Eric Kearney was named USBC Managing Director of Operations and Administration in January 2012. Kearney continues to serve as USBC's Diversity and Education Officer, where he is responsible for overseeing both internal and external diversity practices, managing the affinity partner relationships, internal employee education, and staffing for the International Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame. Kearney manages USBC operations and complex projects to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. He received an undergraduate degree in Marketing from North Carolina A&T State University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. Kearney garnered his love for bowling at a very early age, learning from his grandfather and mother while growing up in the Washington, D.C. area. An avid bowler and student of the sport, Kearney has a high game of 300 and high series of 838, and has managed various bowling enterprises in the Washington D.C. area. Prior to joining USBC, Kearney worked for the Safeway Corporation, specializing in Direct Store Delivery Operations. Kearney is married to USBC Hall of Famer and Professional Bowling star Kim Terrell-Kearney, and they have two children, Nicholas and Ava. |
