Associations are an essential element of growing the sport, and promotion of USBC is a fundamental part of that. You can do so by making sure your association and all local centers promote USBC membership and the many exciting benefits that come along with it.
Remember, just because you know all about the value of USBC membership that does not mean non-members and new bowlers do, too. Help them see that value by making sure they know just how hard USBC works to meet their needs at the national and local levels.
Show members of your association the "Thank You for Joining USBC" flyer. The National Governing Body needs your support to help us inform current members and people who love bowling about all the great programs that are offered. Another promotional tool for USBC is the Member Benefits DVD, which was sent to all bowling centers in the country. Work with proprietors to show the DVD during league practice as it is a great reminder about the work USBC does. Don't let such valuable resources go to waste.
Continue doing your part, and make sure your members and centers are doing so as well. It takes all of us to grow the sport.
