Athlete Waivers
All participants of a USBC/IBC Youth national bowling event are required to submit an Acknowledgement of Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability form. This form needs to be completed once for the 2023-2024 bowling season.
Any athlete who will be 18 years of age or older as of July 20, 2024, is required to complete the Adult Athlete waiver. If you have any questions or concerns about the athlete waiver, please contact waivers@BOWL.com.Other Tournaments
Survivor Tournament
Registration for the Survivor Tournament is open.

- Participants are limited to one entry into the Survivor Tournament
- Limit one (1) bowling ball per entry
