There are three different age divisions, each co-ed, within the USA Bowling Program.
- U10 - For kids 10 or younger as of August 1 of prior year.
- U12 - For kids 12 or younger as of August 1 of prior year.
- U14 - For kids 14 or younger as of August 1 of prior year.
Athletes who are more advanced are eligible to play up one age division.
