The prize fund for the Open Championships is as big as the event itself. Bowlers will compete for a prize fund expected to approach $7 million.
The Open Championships, which consists of team, doubles and singles competition, is open to those who hold USBC adult membership. With its two average-based divisions—Regular and Classified—bowlers of all skill levels can compete. The Classified Division is for bowlers with averages of 180 and under (360 combined doubles average; 900 combined team average), while the Regular division is for those who average 181 and higher.
You can enter with your regular five-player team, or make up a team of family, friends or other league bowlers.
