Joe Spain Jr. has been the association manager for Greater Atlanta USBC for more than 20 years and for Georgia State USBC for more than a decade. He promotes and has served as the tournament director for local and state tournaments for more than a decade and encourages support and participation in Bowlers To Veterans Link (BVL) and Bowl for the Cure events. Spain, the 2015 recipient of the USBC Helen Baker Award for Outstanding Association Service, currently serves as the Georgia State USBC Youth Association Audit Chair. He is a member of the Greater Atlanta USBC, Georgia State USBC, Georgia State Youth USBC, and Southeast Bowling Association Halls of Fame. He served as the managing partner in a certified public accounting firm for more than a decade before combining with a large Atlanta-based firm.
