Jeff Ussery of Tonganoxie, Kansas, is in his first term on the board and serves on the Finance and Equipment and Specifications committees. He is the vice president of operations for BowlersMart, the largest bowling retail chain in the world with 33 retail stores plus a retail website and various online shopping channels. He joined BowlersMart in 2014 and oversees the development of creative marketing solutions, creates an annual revenue plan and expense budget, and manages the logistics chain for the retail stores and warehouse. He also directs store managers on daily efforts and company strategy, and manages all human resources needs including payroll and tax reporting. Before joining BowlersMart, Ussery was brand manager at Hammer Bowling, where he was responsible for the consumer marketing operation and strategic planning. During his seven years with Hammer, he developed marketing strategies for consumers and businesses, and successfully launched more than 100 new products in both domestic and international markets. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas, earning an accounting degree in 2000.
