Charlie Daw
City: Milwaukee
State: WI
Inducted: 1941

Daw was a mainstay of the Heil Products team that included four other future Hall of Famers: Hank Marino, Ned Day, Billy Sixty and Gil Zunker. He was a soft-spoken person still remembered for rolling one of the greatest hook balls, a noteworthy feat in an era when the wide-sweeping curve ball was the vogue. In 1936, he was on the team that bowled special matches in Germany before the Olympics. His tournament titles include three eagles in the USBC Open Championships.
