Flora Mitchell served as WIBC executive secretary-treasurer from 1975 to 1991. Mitchell began her bowling career as the Springfield Women's Bowling Association secretary in 1960. She became a Missouri WBA director in 1961, the Missouri WBA president in 1966 and a member of the WIBC Board of Directors in 1971.
