Jaeger is one of the most titled champions in USBC Women's Championships history, with nine championships to her credit. Her four all-events titles, won 1918, 1921, 1928 and 1929, set a Women's Championships record. Her three singles championships, won in 1921, 1922 and 1923, also topped all Women's Championship competitors. She also was a member of championship team in 1919 and 1923 and left a legacy as a great team bowler and an inspirational leader. She was noted for her organizational and promotional ability, and she started many bowlers on the way to stardom.
