Pat Costello distinguished herself in both the USBC Women's Championships and the Queens. She has also won numerous professional titles. Costello won team event titles at the 1969, 1973 and 1981 USBC Women's Championships and is only one of nine women to earn three or more team titles. Costello's fourth USBC Women's Championships title came in 1982 when she tied for doubles event honors. She won a fifth title in doubles in 1988.
