What is The Core?
The Core is an exciting new community for bowling enthusiasts and super fans of the sport. The Core includes exclusive online content from bowling’s biggest events and social elements to connect with fellow subscribers and signature bowling superstars. When subscribing, you also receive a selection of premium merchandise items, as well as the opportunity for access to special events and offers.
Do my benefits and access to content expire?
The Core is a yearly subscription, with each year bringing new access and content to subscribers. An annual subscription fee will be required to continue in the program each year.
May I share the exclusive content I receive from The Core?
No. Content that is exclusively shared with The Core subscribers is NOT TO BE SHARED outside of the community. Violations of this policy may result in a loss of access to content and could result in dismissal from The Core community.
Is The Core part of USBC membership?
No. The Core is not a membership offering and is completely separate from USBC membership. It’s an entirely separate distinction, designed based on feedback and insights from bowling enthusiasts. You do not have to be a USBC member to purchase The Core.
Is there an auto-renewal?
There is no auto-renewal at this time; however, all purchasers will receive information as well as an invitation to continue with the program.
Who can I contact if I have questions?

What payment methods are accepted?
American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA are the accepted forms of payment.
What are my purchasing options?
The Core can be purchased online or via telephone. For online orders, please visit BOWL.com/TheCore. For telephone orders, please phone The Core Service Team via 800-514-2695 extension 8953.
When does my access to The Core expire?
Each fall an updated set of premium offerings will be introduced. In order to receive the new items, as well as continue with updated plates for your customized plaque, you would need to purchase access to the next year’s offerings.
When will I receive my merchandise items?
The premium merchandise items ship directly from our vendor partners. The processing time for the jersey is 4-6 weeks. Once the bowling achievements have been provided, the 5-Year Perpetual Plaque will arrive within 10-14 days.
Do I have to customize my jersey?
No, you don’t have to. You can order your stylish jersey in your size with or without any custom information. The customizations are text-only. Logos for ball brands and other organizations cannot be included.
What is the Return/Refund Policy?
If individual items arrive damaged they will absolutely be replaced! Further, if for any reason The Core does not meet your expectations within the first 15 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging for full refund. Any customized jerseys are not eligible for return.
What do I do if my package is incorrect?

Is sales tax charged?
Since order processing occurs in Arlington, Texas, orders shipped to super fans in the state of Texas will have a sales tax rate of 8% added to their respective orders.
How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping costs are included in the price of The Core package.
Do you accept international orders?
At this time, The Core only ships to the United States (all 50 states).
