Halloween is a time for trick or treating, scary movies and even scarier costumes! On the lanes, there are several competitors who just are scary GOOD and easily strike fear into their opponent.

Wes Malott
The right-hander from Pflugerville, Texas, has captured nine PBA Tour titles, including the 2013 Bowling's U.S. Open.

The 2008-2009 PBA Player of the Year stands an intimidating 6 feet 4 inches tall, and has been referred to on many PBA Tour telecasts as "The Big Nasty," but his game features a frightening mix of finesse and power that often leaves his opponent packing up and heading to the next house.

Shannon O'Keefe
The 10-time Team USA member recently captured two gold medals (team, trios) along with a bronze (doubles) at the 2014 PABCON Women's Championships in Cali, Colombia. She already has punched her ticket for Team USA in 2015 by taking home the 2014 Summer Team USA Trials title.

O'Keefe's busy summer also included capturing her second title at the USBC Women's Championships, and she was named head coach of the McKendree University women's bowling team.

To top it all off, she even has a custom spare ball named after her (although she doesn't have to use it very often), the Shanpire!

Pete Weber
At 52 years young, Pete Weber is proving that age truly is just a number as he continues to take home championship trophies while competing against the young guns on the PBA Tour.

The 37-time titlist, which includes 10 majors, is the son of USBC and PBA Hall of Famer Dick Weber and has been winning against the best in the world since he was 19.
