Lane Play & Transition Strategy Clinic
The ITRC’s Lane Play & Transition Strategy Clinic is designed for bowlers of all ages and skill levels who want to improve their ability to get lined up—and stay lined up—as lane conditions change.
This comprehensive clinic combines classroom discussion with on-lane application, allowing participants to better understand lane play, ball motion and transition. Bowlers will compete on both fresh and broken-down lane patterns and learn how to make effective adjustments in each environment.
Clinic Highlights
- Classroom and on-lane instruction led by ITRC staff
- Learn how to properly get lined up and adjust through lane transition
- Preparation strategies for more challenging lane conditions
- Experience multiple lane patterns and learn how to attack each one effectively
- Open to bowlers of all ages and averages
- Limited to the first 10 participants

Physical Game Clinic
Participants attending this clinic will have the opportunity to work with the ITRC staff on the following items:
- Classroom and on-lane instruction
- SPECTO bowling analysis
- Physical game development and awareness
- Bowler release discovery - positive axis point (PAP), axis tilt, axis rotation
- Take home practice plan and videos
Eligible: Open to all bowlers (one-handed or two-handed) looking to improve their bowling skills regardless of age or skill level.

Adult Lane Play Clinic - 180+ Average
The Adult Lane Play Clinic is open to all adult bowlers (age 18 and older) with an average of 170 or better, looking to improve their bowling skills. Participants attending this clinic will have the opportunity to work with the ITRC staff on the following items:
- Classroom and on-lane instruction
- Learn strategy to playing difficult patterns
- Prepare for more challenging lane conditions
- Bowl on different patterns and learn the proper technique to attack each one
Eligible: Open to all adult bowlers (age 18 and older) with an average of 179 or lower looking to improve their bowling skills.
