4:30 p.m. Coaches meeting at team hotel
7 p.m. Student-athlete banquet at team hotel (ticketed event)

Thursday
12:15 -12:25 p.m. Announcements/Anthem
12:25 -12:50 p.m. Open practice (12 min) 3 minute move/starting lanes (10 min)
12:50 - 6:20 p.m Qualifying Round: Block 1 (5 matches)

Friday
10:15 - 10:25 a.m. Announcements/Anthem
10:25 - 10:50 a.m. Open practice (12 min)/ 3 minute move/starting lanes (10 min)
10:50 a.m.-12:55 p.m. Qualifying Round : Block 2 (2 Matches)
12:55 - 2:55 p.m. Break – lane conditioning (2 Hours)
2:55 - 3:05 p.m. Announcements
3:05 - 3:30 p.m. Open practice (12 min)/3 minute move/starting lanes (10 min)
3:30 - 5:00 p.m. Bracket Round 1 (Matches 1-4)
5:00-5:10 p.m. Practice (on match lanes)
5:10-6:40 p.m. Bracket Round 2 (Matches 5-8)
Immediately following Round 2 - Awards ceremony for non-advancing teams

Saturday
8:00-8:05 a.m. Announcements/Anthem
8:05-8:30 a.m. Open practice (12 min) /3 minute move/starting lanes (10 min)
8:30-10:10 a.m. Bracket Round 3 ( Matches 9 & 10)
Awards ceremony immediately following for non-advancing teams
10:10-10:20 a.m. Practice
10:20 a.m.-11:50 p.m. Bracket Round 4 ( Matches 11 & 12)
Awards ceremony immediately following for non-advancing teams
11:50-12:00 p.m. Practice
12:10-1:30 p.m. Bracket Round 5 (Matches 13 & 14) (If Necessary)
Coaches meeting: meeting with advancing teams immediately following
Awards ceremony immediately following for non-advancing teams
4 p.m. Team TV Preparation
4:15-4:45 p.m. Open Practice
4:45-5:30 p.m. Pre-championship match announcement/practice
5:30-7:30 p.m. Bracket Round 6: CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL
