On Thursday, April 26, delegates to the USBC Convention will be given the opportunity to bowl at the International Training and Research Center under the expert tutelage of the Team USA coaching staff.
Register now by going to BOWL.com/convention, or clicking here. The 1 hour, 45 minute sessions will be at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., or 4 p.m. Participants will train on Sport-compliant oil patterns and have their game analyzed using some of the high-tech tools at the ITRC, all while being coached by the best instructors in the business. There’s even free transportation to and from the ITRC (transportation schedule found here).
Space is limited to 12 bowlers at each session to make sure attendees get individualized attention, and the cost is just $50 per bowler.

Did you know more than eight million kids attend summer camps every year? As part of a new youth initiative, the International Bowling Campus is excited to announce the development of USA Bowling Summer Camps. For beginners to advanced skill levels, USA Bowling Summer Camps were created with every child in mind. Step-by-step guides and more than 100 pages of coaches’ curriculum are available on the Youth Resource Center web page to help centers begin developing a successful camp in their center this summer!

New promotion allows Roll ‘N Grow members to buy a jersey for $5
New USBC Roll ‘N Grow members in Roll ‘N Grow leagues that start March 15 or later will be able to purchase the 2011-12 USBC Youth jersey for just $5.
The Roll ‘N Grow membership was created for ages 7 and under, and costs just $8. Members receive a USBC Youth membership card, the Bowlopolis Series 1 DVD, a Bowlopolis progress card with award stickers and much, much more.

The 75 and 140 pins over average lapel pins, previously on backorder, have been received at USBC Headquarters. All supply orders recently placed that contained either of these lapel pins will be shipped shortly. We apologize for the delay.
USBC championships brochures are now available
Any state or local association that has an upcoming championship event can order USBC Championship tournament brochures by sending an email to marketing@bowl.com.
Please include the association name, number of brochures needed and the physical address to send the brochures.
The brochure has information about the 2013 USBC championships tournaments and we would like to make sure all USBC bowlers are aware of these great national tournaments. We would like your support and appreciate any assistance you can provide to promote these events.
Legislative Update meetings
The last few Legislative Update meetings are approaching and we have received some great feedback from association officials thus far. Association managers and presidents, please pass this information to your association’s delegates and members and encourage them to attend, as the information is important for the 2012 USBC Annual Meeting.
