CBS Sports Network returns to televise 13 PWBA, collegiate and youth events in 2025

ARLINGTON, Texas – CBS Sports Network will return to air four live Professional Women’s Bowling Association Tour events along with telecasts covering the premier events in collegiate and youth bowling as part of a 13-event broadcast schedule in 2025.

Highlighting the 2025 television schedule will be live coverage of the stepladder finals of the three most prestigious events on the PWBA Tour. The first of the season’s three majors will be the United States Bowling Congress Queens from Suncoast Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, with live coverage of the stepladder finals on May 20. 

The stepladder finals of the season’s second major, the U.S. Women’s Open, follows on June 17 from Sun Valley Lanes and Games in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The finals of a special PWBA event celebrating the Tour’s 10th anniversary of its relaunch in 2015 will also feature a live telecast on CBS Sports Network. The finals of the PWBA Anniversary Open will take place in an arena setting at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on July 13. 
  
The stepladder finals of the season’s final major – the PWBA Tour Championship – completes CBS Sports Network’s season coverage on Aug. 12 from ABC Gates Bowl in Gates, New York. 

Each of the four two-hour, live PWBA events is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Eastern. The telecasts of all three majors are on Tuesdays, while the telecast of the PWBA 10th Anniversary Open takes place on a Sunday.

In addition to live coverage of the four women’s professional events, CBS Sports Network will once again feature four shows from the Intercollegiate Team and Singles Championships, the finals of all three divisions of the Junior Gold Championships and the two title matches at the USA Bowling National Championships. 

The finals of college bowling’s premier events, the Intercollegiate Singles Championships and Intercollegiate Team Championships, will be held at the South Point Bowling Plaza in Las Vegas and kick off CBS Sports Network’s 2025 coverage with telecasts on four consecutive Tuesdays in April and May.

The ISC women’s finals will air Tuesday, April 22, at 7 p.m. Eastern, followed by the ISC men’s finals on April 29, at 8 p.m. Eastern. The ITC women’s title match is set for May 6, and the ITC men’s final is on May 13, both at 7 p.m. Eastern.

Rounding out CBS Sports Network’s 2025 coverage are the finals of the USA Bowling Championships on consecutive Tuesdays in July and the boys’ and girls’ finals in each of the three divisions of the Junior Gold Championships in late July and continuing into August. Both events will be contested in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The finals of both the U12 and U15 divisions of the USA Bowling National Championships also will be contested at the Resch Center and be taped on the same day as the live telecast of the PWBA 10th Anniversary Open (July 13).

The U12 division finals of the USA Bowling National Championships will air Tuesday, July 15, at 7 p.m. Eastern and be followed by the finals of the U15 division Tuesday, July 22, also at 7 p.m. Eastern.

The finals of the U12, U15 and U18 divisions at the Junior Gold Championships are slated to be televised beginning Tuesday, July 29 (U12), continuing Tuesday, Aug. 5 (U15) and concluding Tuesday, Aug. 12 (U18) from The Ashwaubenon Bowling Alley.

The U12 and U15 Junior Gold Championships finals will air at 7 p.m. Eastern while the U18 finals are slated for 5 p.m. Eastern and will serve as a lead-in to the live telecast of the PWBA Tour Championship.
