Chauvard to Head French Office and Territories for QubicaAMF

QubicaAMF Worldwide has announced that Christophe Chauvard has been promoted to General Manager for the company’s French office and territories including France, the French-speaking areas of Switzerland and all French-speaking African countries.
Chauvard is responsible for leading the local marketing and sales force, ensuring quality service to customers in this region, and representing QubicaAMF in the marketplace with industry stakeholders. He will continue to report to Gian Anestis Avraam, Vice President of International Sales & Business Development for QubicaAMF.
Chauvard joined QubicaAMF in June 2014 as Marketing and Commercial Director for French territories. He came to replace Eric Fauville, who officially retired from the company in January of this year after serving more than 40 years, contributing to the development of the French markets and providing leadership in this area as the Country Manager.
“Since coming on board last year, Christophe has contributed to the strategic plan of the company, developed a new market positioning in the region, and grown the French sales and marketing team,” said Avraam. “In his new role, Christophe’s focus will be to grow the market by providing quality service and best-in-class products…”
“I am excited what this opportunity brings,” Chauvard said. “We have a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and dedicated team in place in the French office, and we are eager to work with our customers to grow this market and help drive the industry forward. The French team has over 200 years of collective experience. We are well positioned to provide our customers with an unmatched level of service and the most innovative line of products available.”
Chauvard has a background in commercial real estate in the areas of design, development, investment, marketing and finance. He has experience as a consultant, with strategic and marketing advisories across different business models for commercial brands and commercial properties, with a focus on innovation, customer behaviors and value creation, and has led the development of real estate investment trusts.
Chauvard graduated from the Kellogg School of Management with the Advanced Executive Program. He holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe and a civil engineering degree from ESITC Cachan.
