Ebonite Adds Flanagan, InsideBowling.com

Not quite two years after joining Storm Products as Director of Marketing, Mike Flanagan is returning to his life-long home of St. Louis to be closer to his family. Concurrently with that move, Flanagan and his InsideBowling.com have formed a partnership with Ebonite International to help manage the EBI brands’ social presence in the marketplace, as well as aid in setting strategies to guide EBI in digital marketing.
“We at Ebonite International are very excited to be partnering with Mike and the team at InsideBowling.com,” said Jim Cormier, Ebonite’s Vice President of Marketing. “They do a tremendous job not only running events like the IB Open this past weekend, but also on having a wonderful grasp of bowling’s digital landscape and social presence.
“We look forward to having Mike be an integral part of the current marketing team — Rich Hanson, Rob Gotchall, Danny Vowell and Mike Stewart — in helping to develop, create and convey great product and brand stories to the market.”
Flanagan joins the list of recent changes at the company intended to make Ebonite more responsive to the needs of the bowling community:
• Gotchall — Marketing Manager, Players, Promotions and Events
• Nick Tomaszewski — Product Development Manager
• Stewart — Product Manager, Non-Ball Category
• Vowell — Manager of Marketing Services
“My team and I at InsideBowling.com share the same passion that Ebonite International does for the sport of bowling,” Flanagan said. “EBI has tremendous brands with exceptional performing products. Telling the stories within each brand is so important, and that's what we intend to do. I would like to thank Randy Schickert and Jim Cormier for their belief in our work ethic and the opportunity to be part of the EBI family.”
Flanagan oversaw the 2015 Logo Infusion InsideBowling.com Open last weekend at Tropicana Lanes in St. Louis, won by Kyle Troup. Reports and videos can be accessed at: https://www.facebook.com/insidebowling
