A food truck operator in Albuquerque, N.M., Enrique Guerrero, says he hopes to open a new bistro and bowling facility in time for the summer season.

Guerrero, formerly executive chef at Albuquerque’s Scalo restaurant, has developed a loyal following for his Bang Bite Filling Station truck, but now is looking forward to once again practicing his craft in a single location.

According to the Albuquerque Business Journal, his new “community bistro,” to be called 500 Market, will occupy space in the Santa Fe Railyards previously occupied by a restaurant called Flying Star. Above that space, on the second floor, Guerrero says he will open Strike Bowl and Brew, featuring eight bowling lanes, pool tables and video games.
