Winston-Salem, N.C. – Dennis Lane of Kingsport, Tenn., defeated Bob Kelly of Dayton, Oh., 205-160, to win the second annual PBA South Region Wilson & Sons Termite Pest Control Super Senior Open at Northside Lanes Sunday.

Lane earned $1,600 for the win while Kelly earned $900 as the runner-up in the tournament for players ages 60 and older.

Lane defeated Vince Mazzanti Jr. of Levittown, Pa., 238-146, and Kelly defeated Frank Manley Jr., Fletcher, N.C., 227-219, in the semifinal round.

The PBA South Region’s next tournament will be the Scorpion Championship presented by Columbia 300 at Cherokee Lanes in Canton, Ga.,, Aug. 24-26.
