Greg Perkins has purchased Strikers Family Sportscenter, a 40-lane center in Rock Hill, S.C.

The sellers were Dwight Mitchum and Howard Davis.

Perkins formerly was a regional manager for Brunswick Recreation Centers.

David Driscoll, an associate of Sandy Hansell and Associates Inc., served as the broker in the transaction.
