Eat well-balanced meals. You've been hearing it since you were a kid; now, it's time you actually do it!
When you are planning meals, make sure to include plenty of fruits and veggies, and try to cut back on some of the fats and simple sugars. It would also serve you well to avoid food items that are processed, enriched, refined, etc. When in doubt, remember, fresh is always the way to go.
