Orlando to host Elite World Championships

ORLANDO, Fla. - Boardwalk Bowl Entertainment Center, the largest bowling center in the Southeast, is proud to announce it will be hosting the inaugural Elite World Championships, July 1st through July 7th, 2012, in Orlando, Fla. All major divisions will be offered, including Adult, Youth, Men and Women bowling in Team (four persons), Doubles, Singles and Masters events. This tournament is set up to attract competition from some of the best bowlers in the world.

“We are very excited to launch and host the Elite World Championship here at Boardwalk Bowl Entertainment Center,” said Pat Costello, United States Bowling Congress Hall of Famer and Director of Bowling for the Aloma Bowling Centers. “We really want to provide an opportunity for bowlers to choose their teams and bowl for their country. Not only will this tournament be highly competitive and a ton of fun, the setting in Orlando provides a perfect vacation spot for the whole family. In addition to all the attractions in Orlando, we have a lot of things to keep the whole family entertained throughout the week at our center.”
