Remember Classic Bowl in Mississauga, Ontario — the center that hosted a National Bowling Day event in 2008 featuring a concert by new wave rockers A Flock of Seagulls?

Well, Classic is making waves again, this time devoting January to a “Knockdown Cancer” campaign.

Throughout the month, the center will feature pink bowling shoes, pink bowling balls and pink pins. For each pair of shoes rented, 25 cents will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.
