Scorpion Championships this Sunday on ESPN

The PBA Scorpion Championship and PBA Women's Series Scorpion Championship presented by BOWL.COM will be televised by ESPN on Sunday, Nov. 29, at 1 p.m. Eastern time.
The PBA Women's Series Scorpion Championship title match will pit Shannon Pluhowsky of Phoenix against Liz Johnson of Cheektowaga, N.Y.
Pluhowsky and Johnson are each trying for their third Women's Series title. In the best-of-seven-games match play, Pluhowsky topped Shannon O'Keefe and Kelly Kulick to reach the final while Johnson took out Jodi Woessner and Michelle Feldman.
Australian two-hander Jason Belmonte takes on Thomas Smallwood of Saginaw, Mich., in one of the two semifinal matches of the PBA Scorpion Championship. The other semifinal matchup is Sean Rash of Wichita, Kan., against Mike DeVaney of San Diego. The semifinal winners will meet for the title.
Rash is seeking his fifth title, DeVaney and Belmonte their second, while Smallwood looks to capture his first PBA title. The winner will earn a berth in the PBA Experience Showdown presented by BOWL.COM next April at the USBC International Training Center in Arlington, Texas.
