It now appears that a theater and bowling center complex in Lexington, Ky., originally announced in March 2014, will begin construction early this summer.

According to developers, the The Krikorian Premiere Theatre will include a 100-foot screen, believed to be the largest in Kentucky, to be used for movies in a format similar to IMAX.

The complex also will include laser tag and a sports bar.

The 9,000-square-foot project reportedly was delayed due to problems in getting all of the necessary leases signed.
