The Women’s Championships will be giving away weekly prizes, and you don’t want to miss out on one special winner winning the grand prize – a free trip to the 2025 USBC Women’s Championships in Las Vegas. Register for the 2025 USBC Women’s Championships anytime between May 7 and Aug. 31, 2024, for a chance to win. Make sure to snap a photo of your entry and share it on social media using the hashtag #RoadtotheWC to be entered to win the free trip. We can’t wait to see you soon and happy bowling!
PRIZES
- Weekly = $50 USBC Bowling Store digital gift card (17 winners in total)
- Grand Prize = Expense-paid trip to the 2025 USBC Women’s Championships for the winning team
- The Grand Prize includes airline gift card, hotel and transportation.
**Hotel nights are only guaranteed for the day prior to the day after the winner’s registered tournament dates.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the weekly and grand prizes, the participant must take a photo of their entry confirmation to the 2025 USBC Women’s Championships and hashtag #RoadtotheWC while also tagging our perspective account whether it be on Facebook, Instagram or X.
For the image to appear on USBC’s social media device, a participant must have a public social media account. Official rules will be posted on BOWL.com.
FULFILLMENT
Weekly Prizes
USBC Marketing will manage the selection and fulfillment of the winners. Each week, the team will pull the hashtag and mailed-in entries. Utilizing a randomizing tool, the team will select the weekly winner and send the winner an email with their digital gift card code.
Grand Prize
Flight: The winners will receive a $500 airline gift card to the airline of their choice.
Hotel: USBC Marketing will book the comped hotel rooms through USBC Travel. Each team member will receive their own hotel room unless specified otherwise. Comped hotel nights are only guaranteed the day prior to the day after the team’s registered tournament dates.
Transportation: USBC Marketing will coordinate transportation to and from the airport to the hotel or provide the winners with an Uber gift card to cover travel costs.
WINNERS ANNOUNCED
The pictures of each winner will be posted to USBC Facebook and Instagram accounts, and the Grand Prizewinner will be announced across all social media after the event.

What if I'm not competing in the tournament?
Anyone who uses the hashtag and shares that they purchased their team event during the promotion period will be eligible to participate.
Do I need to use both a hashtag and tag?
To be considered an eligible entry, you must both hashtag #RoadtotheWC and tag one of the USBC Women’s Championships accounts on Facebook, Instagram or X in the post.
What are the criteria for a winning photo?
The winning photo is chosen at random but make sure to include your name and your confirmation for the 2025 USBC Squad time in your post.
If I win the weekly prize, am I still eligible for the grand prize?
Yes, all participants will be entered for the grand prize drawing.
How long do I have to claim my prize?
If you do not respond within 15 days, USBC reserves the right to select another winner.
How long does the promotion run?
The promotion runs from May 7, 2024, to Aug. 31, 2024.
