Nick Pate of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, was elected as an athlete representative, replacing an athlete director who resigned. He is a six-time member of Team USA (2017, 2019-2023). In 2019, he earned one of two men’s spots on Team USA for the Pan American Games in Lima, Peru, and won the gold medal in both singles and doubles at the event. He collected seven medals, including four golds, across three appearances for Team USA at the PANAM Bowling Elite Championships (2019, 2021, 2023). He attended Midland University, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and won the 2017 Intercollegiate Singles Championships title and was the 2016-2017 National Collegiate Bowling Coaches Association (NCBCA) Most Valuable Player. He also helped Midland to a runner-up finish at the 2015 Intercollegiate Team Championships, earning NCBCA first-team All-American honors that season. In 2023, he helped K & J Finishing 1 capture the Team All-Events title at the USBC Open Championships to claim his first Eagle.
